Futaba T16iZ Radio Set with 16+2 Channels – FASSTest, T-FHSS & S-FHSS
The new transmitter design with a large color touch display and ergonomically optimized shape guarantees perfect operation of the clear transmitter software. The T16IZ supports the established transmission types T-FHSS, FASSTest and S-FHSS.
Using the S-BUS / S.BUS2 servo function, all parameters of S.BUS / S.BUS2 servos can be set separately via the transmitter.
The transmitter is fully expanded with 8 switches, 2 rotary encoders and 2 rear-mounted slide controls. All controls are ergonomically arranged and can be operated perfectly in flight. The ball-bearing control stick units impress with their precision and unique adjustability. The spring force and ratchet function of the control sticks can be adjusted from the outside. Each stick function also has a digital trim. The Futaba T16IZ is also equipped with an S.BUS and a headphone connection as well as a trainer / DSC socket.
The transmitter has powerful software for powered aircraft, gliders, helicopters and drones (multicopters) as standard. The menu navigation is available in 9 languages. With the SD card reader integrated in the transmitter, model and telemetry data can be saved and firmware updates for the transmitter can be imported.
The model data from the remote control systems FX22, FX30, FX32, FX36, T12FG, T14SG, T16SZ and T18SZ can be imported directly and without a PC converter. Using the model data converter v2.2, the model data from the T18MZ can be converted to the T16SZ on the PC.
The T16IZ has a total of 32 telemetry channels for up to 32 sensors via S.BUS2 without additional connecting cables to the sensors.
The 16IZ transmitter adopted the bidirectional communication system “FASSTest”. Data from the receiver can be checked in your transmitter. FASSTest is a maximum 18 channels (linear 16 channels + switch 2 channels) 2.4 GHz dedicated system.
By using the S.Bus2 system multiple servos, gyros and telemetry sensors are easily installed with a minimum amount of cables.
USB SIMULATOR CONTROL:
The T16IZ offers USB C compatibility for simulator control when used with Windows OS Joystick function.
COLOR TOUCH SCREEN LCD:
T16IZ has an updated HVGA 4.3 inch, full-color backlit LCD touch screen. The screen is transflective which enables both indoor and outdoor visibility.
T16IZ Offers Multi holder near the antenna/charging port. It allows for accessories to be mounted using an M3 style screw.
The T16IZ allows for audible telemetry data to be read aloud for easy understanding of crucial parameters while flying.
SECURE DATA (SD CARD):
Model data, music files, voice files, and picture files can be stored on optional microSD card. The microSD card is also used when updating the software/features of the T16IZ.

The high capacity 2S Lithium Polymer battery gives you extended flight time.
The touch panel and two enter keys allows you to edit your model in the manner that is easiest for you.
The internal processor the response time. Most of the mixing functions are operated by curves which give you very precise settings.
Each stick offers our reliable single ball bearing for each axis. With our high cycle potentiometer this allows for finer and more precise operation.
Low voltage and other alarms are generated by a vibration motor. Alarms or vibrations to be used can be selected by the owner.
The system comes with the R7108SB S.Bus2 Dual Antenna Diversity receiver featuring bi-directional communication.
